I now vow not to weigh myself except on weigh in day. Technically this week I lost 1.5 pounds, which is good, and more or less the pace I want. But when I weighed myself on Tuesday, for some reason I had dropped 2.5 lbs. So now it looks like I GAINED 1.5 pounds, when really, I lost overall.

Get it? LOL.

Anyway, I only went over my total points by 1 this week, which is a major accomplishment! I used all of my FLEX points, but that's what you're supposed to do, I guess. I really need to get up and exercise more, that's what's going to make the weight come off. Overall, I'm proud of my eating this week.
