Just keeping track and being a little more careful about what I put in my mouth (I know, it sounds easy said like that, but it is not always that simple) and I already see some results.
Remember, you don't have to go gung-ho and cut everything that makes you feel good. Just cutting a little here and there, everyday, for a certain period will do it for you!
