I know I vowed I wouldn't weigh myself today, but I wanted to see if the pattern held. So far, yes. I ALWAYS weigh at least a pound less on the day after my weigh-in day than I do on that day. WTF? The whacked thing is, I think the same thing was true when my weigh-in day was Sunday -- I always weighed less on Monday, so I don't think changing my weigh in day to Tuesday would help. Urgh. And the problem is, it's entirely possible my weight will go back up next week at weigh in, so this expungement doesn't even count.
