no more weigh in's until the cast is off...not taking responsibility for this weight gain...will stay true to WOE but not to the scale...lol

More incentive to work your butt off, "carefully" to have an even better loss once that cast is off!! Chin up! You can do it!

About how long do you expect it to be on? These days, most "casts" are made of plastic and are *almost* comfortable. Get better soon!
