Very interesting...
On Wednesday morning my unofficial weight was 74.1 kg, after having resistant starch potato salad for dinner on Tuesday evening. Today's weight, the same as last week's weight & I had hummus & Salticrax (not resistant starch) with dinner last night...
Maybe they really are on to something with this resistant starch! (I was skeptical).
