So was weight is down but my waist line expanded 5 inches and went from 18% body fat to 26% in the last 10 months. What a difference it makes when you quit working out and everything turns back to fat, lol. I made it to the gym all 5 mornings this week even though my body kept telling me, more sleep. Hopefully I can get back and stay on track again.
