I did very well yesterday. My son had no school so we stayed home and went to the park for lunch and just relaxed all day. Yesterday I ate - breakfast.. nothing... i know its bad, i had a 9:00am appt which i had to rush to after i got all the girls to daycare and then the appt took about an hour so by the time i got home, it was lunch time, so i took Matthew to the park to eat and play, it was sooo cold, and had only 1/2 of a South Beach Meal wrap... then had a hamburger on toast last night - then an apple before bed , so i know its not enough calories it is just hard to eat with no appetite. So i have had an apple this morning for breakfast, it was a big apple, and will work on trying to eat good snacks today like grapes and bananas. Good Luck Everyone!

Lost 10 Pounds since I started on Saturday so that is 10 pounds in 4 days... then Phentermine is really working. Only 39 pounds to my goal weight!

Watch the fruit on Atkins. It can make you start craving carbs again. Try to stick to lower GI fruits. I have a very hard time reintroducing fruit, but everyone is different.
