58.2 on my scales this morning, 58.8 yesterday. I joined curves at st Ives, weighed on their scales (clothed) 59.3 pretty unimpressed with that. On the plus side, they did measurements, and said from those I was about an Au 8-10 (pity I don't actually fit it then) and my scales are WAY off on body fat cos mine say 29.9%, and their omeron thingyy took my body fat as just below 23%, which is apparently ok? So anyway I'm just on a month to month membershipp,
