Woke up 1lb heavier this morning due to that "time of the month"...lets see how this goes. i hold water like a sponge during this time. today is going to be 79 degrees so hopefully its nice enough to get outside and work out a little but i wont worry about the scale til this week passes in full. Happy Wednesday everyone.

I seem to always gain right before instead of during. Either way, it's annoying. Enjoy your beautiful weather! Hibernating and super jealous over here.

I gain before as well, but with all the moods i go thru my depression one is the worst and i eat, all the time :(. emotional eating is my downfall

I'm sure if I looked back at my bank account statements I would notice my wine purchases are higher at a certain time of month :P Maybe with you eating healthier now it may help with your mood. I've heard diet has quite the impact on hormones.
