My weigh-in was interesting seeing I have changed my diet until end of January 2017. I have re-introduced carbs even soft-drinks - soft Drinks only till 31 Dec 2016 though, Ice-cream still not allowed as I will abuse this to the nth degree and I really do not feel like it. To be honest I needed the diet change as I had had enough of my keto diet which i was on since 3rd week of July 2016. I will re-introduce in Feb 17 as I need to keep my body guessing and not gettinbg used to Keto diet which I will keep on until I reach my target weight. I feel I have achieved quite a bit in 2016 but 2017 will be greater.
