Good Morning Buddies and Fat Secret Community! Enjoyed the last hour reading and supporting journals! I have missed everyone. Been busy and have not been on the site very much. I am maintaining my weight and doing well. Not eating too much and and enjoying the holidays. Trying to get focused at work, I gave away a few shifts due to not having enough time for anything...It was worth it, but I do need to get organized and back to the grind. As for Christmas, The Grand kids had a blast, the adult children did too, and the old folks are doing fine. life is good! Have a great day everyone and Here's to a Happy and Healthy New Year!
