Had a good day yesterday. Still suffering from jet lag. My weight is beginning to drop even though i have started hitting the gym and my intake of carbs is considerably higher. I think using fatsecret for me has been brilliant I am conscious of food choices amounts and the level of overeating has been limited. My big focus now for me is on health.
