I am willing to bet I had lost 2 lbs in the first week and added back a pound over Christmas weekend. No question that I blew my regimen completely starting last Saturday and continuing through Christmas day and the leftovers. Made the mistake of going out to dinner with friends on Tuesday and surrendered to the Mexican Menu. Sunday will be a bit of a challenge, as we are hosting a dinner party, but the fact that I am in charge of the menu and the kitchen will help somewhat. On the whole I am not unhappy, and am looking forward to getting back on track after the weekend. All the blessings of the season, and the best for the year to come to all my friends and supporters keeping the "secret."
