So, I managed to avoid the sweet stuff.. it's not getting any easier yet!!
Had a roll with my homemade burger as I had a raging migraine all day as my blood sugar was low and by 7pm I couldn't stand it any more
But apart from that, I stuck to my WOE and came in at 800 calories .. woohoo.. only another 7.5 weeks of this to go
