Getting there slowly but yesterday feel into a 2016 trap - Sleeping late. That for me has been the single biggest letdown and I am determined to stamp this out. Thought I would finally reach weight of 104 something but slept at 2am which is no good hence not surprised with 105. Eyes feel tired but somehow my body feels like it is bursting with energy will see at the Gym which is the true test.

Yeah it's so hot here where I am and my husband (who's a teacher) and I are in holiday mode and staying up late with the heat. Doesn't lead to the best choices! It's too hot to do much during the day either! Swimming is a good option, I guess. Now, where to swim?

I feel your pain. I do not like Aussie heat too much, so I have spent last 10 years heat proofing everything because prior to that I suffered to the extent that I can now sleep through anything even if I sweat and wet everything around me I will not wake up because just got used to the heat as my choices to cool myself were limited back then (No Aircon No Pool).Now I turn on aircon, Roof has insulation and for bad days I swim. My brother is in Blackwater near Emerald in Qld and experiences the same heat issues. Hopefully you can find a solution.

Kind words. Thank you. A bit of relief these past 2 days. Heatproofing is so good. I have more plans to shade our Western facing bedroom window. It was 40 degrees C in here a couple of days ago!
