This was a good week, although, with the frigid temps we have right now it's hard to get outside and walk. I need to take advantage of all my inside exercise opportunities. I live close to a mall so I could easily go mall walking. I also have an exercise bike that I love and just about every Leslie Sansone DVD. I really have no excuse not to be exercising. We are expecting an ice storm today so I will be stuck (literally) indoors. I think I will spend the day menu planning and get that much needed exercise in.
