Sick all week last week, so hoping this week goes better for me. I've stocked up on some healthier choices for me, so I'm hoping I have a loss by the end of the week. Hopefully, I get my workouts and healthy eating down this week, I did workout yesterday and today, so that should help I just need to keep it up.
