Week 6 of 3rd 6 wks, 135.2lb, 35.2% body fat, 82.2 musc mass, neg ketones, no exercise (still sick).

Breakfast atkins bar, coffee w half and half, luch chicken caeser salad, glass shardonnay, dinner ham swiss cheese, sweet pickles, almonds, choc covered vanilla ice cream bar.

I want to be well!!! I have accidentally discovered the amount of food I can eat without exercising. When I get back to exercising, I will need to increase my intake (awwwww) when I begin working out again.

Thanksgiving ahead--I wonder how that will go? We are having it here so I have lots of control over what is served. I am going to look up pumkin 'pie' recipies now.
