Well this is very interesting. I took a day off from my usual regimen of alternating days of weights and cardio (got sidetracked on a project at home and didn't realize how late it got) and while it's NOT surprising that I weigh more this morning, it IS a bit shocking that I also recorded the lowest body fat percentage yet (2 different devices).
