I have started on Plexus Slim with the excellerator January 18th. It curbs my appetite so I am not hungry. Have made an effort to drink 8 glasses of water. Just drinking 1 glass each hour while I am at work. Also, am trying to cut out Diet Dr. Peppers (which may put the company out of business).
