Imagine my shock when I saw nearly an 8 lb gain in a lil over a month. I've been making it to the gym 3 to 5 times a week and started eating smaller portions. At least I know why I ripped my jeans getting into the truck the other day. Thank goodness it was at the end of the day. Have a great weekend everyone.
