Up a bit this morning but I expected it. Took my mom out for dinner for her birthday and you cannot control your food as well when someone else is making it. Glad its only once in a while we go out to eat. Happy with the progress .... focusing on one day at a time. Just work on today's results.... Happy Tuesday!!
