Down a little. Not as much as I'd like, but still pretty good. Every little bit counts. It'll be interesting to see what happens by the time May Day rolls around. Wil I be below 100 kilos (I should be, I'm only 17 1/2 lbs from that goal), or will I be nearing onederland? I'm hoping for the latter, but we'll see. I've got a long way to 12 stone, and in just ove a week I've dropped five and a half pounds.
