I am going into Week four which is the last week of the February challenge. I have lost 1.3 pound a week this month which is pretty good for a 47 year old active and sometimes comatose mom. Hoping for 2 pounds this week as I will completely follow the rules of the Challenge! It is Monday at 6:38PM and today was a strange munchie eating day. I will stop now and drink water to prevent myself from having any unwanted calories. TOWANDA!!
