I finally got my long-overdue Indian food on Friday (yay!!). So that is done. I am busy refurbishing that "new" old occasion dress I can now wear again. I have not been doing a great job being active, despite the mild weather, but there is no time like the present to change that! And I have been slacking on recording food lately, but again, I seem to have been pretty successful in continuing to eat more or less as though I *were* recording every bite. The net result is, I am still losing a little weight, but my performance is not as good as if I were really towing the line the way I was before. My unofficial goal is to get down to about 133 by March Break, and not gain more than a couple of pounds while on break. I still think I might reach my stated goal (130 lbs.) by my birthday this year (30 June), which should only get easier as it gets more inviting to get out and walk, hike, etc. Hope everyone else's winter weight control is going okay.
