Because I'm super excited to tell you guys I've lost 2 more pounds, I decided to weigh in today instead of just on the 24th. I'm afraid I'm going to gain weight this week because I'm eating out twice for my mother's birthday.
I figure if I put in extra work Mon-Wed this week, eat birthday dinner Thursday, do cardio Friday and Sunday and enjoy delicious steak dinner Saturday, I'll be good.
This is my plan for the week and I'm sticking to it!!
If I don't report a weight loss Friday, I'll weigh in Monday, March 27 instead.
