Well it has been 2 weeks since I weighed in last. The last time I weighed in I had actually gained a pound. Not this time! Down 17 lbs in 2 weeks! I was down 7.25 more inches as well. This brings my grand total to 29.5 lbs and 21.5 inches lost in just 5 weeks!
I cant begin to tell you how encouraging it is to see the results from healthy organic eating and EXERCISE!!!! Im looking forward to my work out tomorrow more than ever. Im loving the results and learning lots from my wellness program and the counsling I am getting.
I know im only 5 weeks in but I know this will be it, this will be the last time I diet and then give up! This is my new lifestyle and I am going to do this! I am more dedicated to loosing this weight than i ever have been before. I am holding my self accountable, I am making good choices, I am takng the steps I need to to be successful and WILL get my life back in order!
