Now that I've listed the Nutritarian Diet on record, it appears like I've gained weight. Let me clarify that the weight I've gained was from eating what I wanted, especially during the holidays. I've come to realize that I need to learn more about nutrition and follow a sound diet. After doing a juice cleanse, on which I lost 8 pounds and gained a little back, I searched for a diet that I can reach my goals and live on. Then I remembered Dr. Joel Fuhrman from the documentry I saw about juice fasting, "Fat, Sick, and Nearly Dead." His book makes sense, and although I'm no example of healthy eating, I figure that if I at least follow nutritarian diet the majority of the time, I can reach my goals. Now that I'm over my sinus infection, I'm going to the gym today.
