Hello everyone,
Just got down with a great cardio workout at the gym. Did about 90 minutes today. Thank the Lord I wore some pants yesterday to worship service that actually fit me better than they have in quite some time. I am going to have my free day tomorrow God willing, but I am not going to over do it. I am going to weigh myself and measure my waist to see where I am at. I am hoping that will give me some motivation to stay strong and to enjoy, but not over do it. I also plan on getting a good workout done in the morning tomorrow. I am trying everyday to read or watch something regarding weight loss. I find myself more motivated when I see what others are doing, and how they are achieving their goals. I know that I can achieve my goals and be successful at this. My current goal is to be a 199lbs by February 21st. This will give me time to go out and to get some new clothes for a business meeting that I have coming up in March. I have also set mini goals for myself to achieve.
