I've gained 2 pounds in the last couple of weeks because I wasn't feeling well, so I ate crappy and didn't exercise. I've started exercising this week and eating better, so I'm hoping that next week I'll see loss. I hate recording gains, but it's there, so I may as well own up to it. I'm not moving in the right direction, so I need to get myself going again. I am feeling a little better, and even when I'm not I can still eat right. So, no more excuses, just work.
