I've been doing so well lately! But now PMS week comes along and completely derails me. It's so frustrating. Let's just hope much of this is water/bloated weight and it will melt off by itself in a few days.
In the meantime, I'll continue with my Turbo Jam workouts. I've recently discovered these and I LOVE them! It's the only workout I've ever really looked forward to. They're fun, the time goes by quickly and I feel great afterwards. Sound like an ad much, hehe? Have any of you tried Turbo Jam?
