Wow, I have been ill the last few months and NOT working on my diet AT ALL. Obviously...I've gained almost thirty pounds sense I was last here. I have to admit, I am shocked, I knew I had been doing poorly, but didn't realize it was this bad. Anyway, enough of the negativaty, I am now back on track. Today is my second full day and I feel pretty confident. I still want to get gastric bypass, but know I cant if I dont get my act together.
