Just a little tip.
Getting your official weight will never be clear cut. The best way of tracking progress is to do a weigh-in everyday under the same conditions. (I do mine straight out of bed, in my undies) You log your weight everyday and then at the end of the week you take your average for the week and compare it to the average of the week before.
The trouble with weighing just once or twice a week is that your weight will fluctuate naturally (hormones, water ,sodium all plays a role). You run the risk of incidentally only weighing on the days you fluctuate low or high. This may lead you to making the wrong conclusions on the effectiveness of your diet.
