Water Fast Day #2
Yesterday I had for the first time half bottle of a lemon tea Kombucha, it smelled like white wine but it was ok. I'm taking all my supplements and I'll check my ketosis maybe tomorrow.
I wish I could stay another couple of hours in bed!
