Ugh... I was stuck on 78kg for 3 weeks. I did the military diet (ice cream diet or the 3 day diet are also popular names for it) this week and now I am at 75.8kg....
Just give that a try but I don't recommend it for long term use. I just did it to get past that stationary weight.
I had initially thought it was my body still recovering from child birth via c-section 2 months ago but I read online that your body needs to go on some type of "fast" to get under a stubborn weight. whether that is true or false, I don't know but it worked.

Well done Leksie :) I've found that paying attention to fibre intake is also an important factor that we often overlook. Aim for around 20g per day.

Hi Leksie. If you are following Paleo (even with dairy) and you are not losing weight, I suspect you may have other issues like cortisol from stress, etc, etc. Also you have probably developed a belief that stops you getting past the 77kg. I could really help you deal with these and many other issues and get the weight loss rolling.
