So I weighed in today and gained of course but I did wear jeans so that made a difference and usually I just wear jogging pants. So we'll see next week. I still haven't went to the grocery store, so I really need to do that tonight. Otherwise I'm going to start eating the wrong foods so that is a must for tonight. I think that is all for now.

If you do not have the right things you will eat what you have. So get yourself to the store and you can do this. It is a new year and a great time to start getting yourself in gear to make it to your goal. Good luck and the scales will read different next time.
