So last night my brother came over and roasted ribs, chops, vegetables, garlic bread, etc. I couldn't say no to that and enjoyed it :) I think he did it on purpose to sabotage my progress. lol. Naaah, I'm kidding.
Today is my mom's 60th birthday so we have invited some family to a restaurant that's doing an all you can eat buffet with a wide variety of food. Sometimes we have to adjust our goals to accommodate such life events.
This weight gain is temporary but I'm still recording it as official weight. Next week will be a better week :)
