Ramadan - religious fasting. Helped break the over eating cycle and gives structure around timings. I wouldn't recommend the morning start time as it plays havoc with sleep. But generically, light breakfast - approx 400 cal or less and then full large meal in evening of approx 1100 to 1200 cal. For me it ends up being close to MBR and about 500 cal below RDI. No need to deny yourself any food groups but plan the evening meal so you don't gorge on the bad stuff.
