Been on restriction tues n wed tho thinking about it, yesterday I still probably topped 1000.. Oops. Milk in my coffee (1/2cup)skim, ham cheese pineapple pizza from bakers delight, then a vege tikka masala (hi cal like 456 I think) easy meal plus lo fat noodles (another 400cal) so... Hmm 850 on dinner oops, and I wasn't hungry. Damn! Reckon that pizza was 350, and the milk? Not much so yeah I might've made it under the diet number of 1200 but guess I wasn't as hardcore restricting as I thought eh. Bugger.
