I have remained the same in weight; I am not too terribly disappointed because it is at least not a gain. I had a lot of stomach trouble and drank half & half which soothes my spasms, along with meds, and indulged in lots of carbs for comfort. This week hopefully will be feeling better and will stay on phase 1 a while, with not too many salads and gassy veggies. I wish all of us luck at today's weigh in.

Maintaining is much better than a gain! You've got the right mind set, just stick to phase 1 as best as you can, and you'll be down again in no time! :)
