Made it! I was very surprised to see a drop like this this morning, got on and off the scales several times and tried them in several places to make sure, but there it is! And just a few days short of two years since I started logging on this site!
What can I say but 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉 😁😁😁😁😁😁
For the moment I won't really be changing anything. I want to make sure I don't stupidly gain any, and wouldn't mind if I can maybe lose a pound or so more before we go on holiday next month.
The other thing I want to do is work on fitness and posture over the summer. I noticed yesterday how bad my posture is - really rounded shoulders and forward-poking head, so I want to improve that. I found some good exercises to do and tried some of them out last night. I think step one will just be to stretch out the overtight muscles at the front after using my tablet, which is what's causing it all.

Mom, thanks for the chair dancing 😀😀😀 Strangely I don't feel like doing anything specific to celebrate, although I am looking around for some new clothes, and I am experimenting with some foods I haven't eaten for a while, for example pasta! Still watching the portions and logging, though 😀 But life certainly has a rosy glow to it at the moment!
