I decided not to weigh in weekly, but rather whenever I get curious. Two pound loss, and I'm so glad I did!!!
There are quite a few methods to try here (IF, LCHF, mini meals all day, low calorie, power lifting, to name a few). So after reading through and evaluating quite a few journals of members (Anyone familiar with Phil?) and their results to date, I have decided to go with only eating one meal a day - IF 23:1 ?. And giving up sugar. :(
For now I am choosing to eat lunch. Yesterday I had fish and a salad, today I ate shrimp cocktail with a side of half an avocado and a fistful of cherry tomatoes. For dinner tonight I will have a jog/walk (we'll see how much is spent doing one versus the other) and a big glass of water. Chamomile tea before bed, then do it all again tomorrow!
