Holding steady at 116. Today's ME TIME (morning walk/dance)was great...had my classic rock playing in the Skull Candies, the sun was shining, and I went at it for an hour and a half non-stop! Came back into the yard, planted a canna lily and a pussywillow tree, filled up 6 bird feeders and then all the birdbaths, took out the trash. Now some high protein brunch, then off to see my PCP, Dr. F. I know she will be happy! Can't wait to hear how last week's blood work turns out.
