Weighted myself 8:30 am before breakfast.It is exactly 2 lbs lighter than the weight-in last night at 1030pm! Hey,body, whatever that you're getting rid of at night when im sleeping, it's good and it's working! I'm never gunna bother to weight myself at night, cuz it sure upsets me last night looking myself gained 2 lbs. And taking the advises, for breakfast, I had a delicious scrumble egg: 2 eggs, half tomato, 2 mushroom and 3/4 slice of low fat chaddar. And ofcourse, COFFEE.. :) yum! And I'll probably have Atkins meal replacements for lunch and supper.
