I think I'm having a break through 🤗👍 yesterday I drank more water and the Atkins bars taste good and I had 2 deserts 1 cupcake and I silll lost weight this is the lowest so far and I bought a new scale and it works yeh I still ate the low carb diet and still was at 1200 calories for the day
