I was not going to look at the scale, but I went dairy free yesterday and surprise! I am finally down. Going to try and stay dairy free for a few days and see what happens.

Dairy, my long-time lover. We're mostly broken up. Sad, but it just doesn't make my body happy. Last week at a cafe, a bunless burger came with a small slice of sharp cheddar I hadn't seen on the menu; I did eat that, and no terrible consequences, AND IT WAS DELICIOUS! but our encounters need to be rare for now.
