Applebee's has some great lower calorie healthier choices. They are really good and you don't feel deprived. You just have to learn some new habits when eating out. It takes practice. If you can, decide what you will eat before you go. Another good thing is splitting an entree with someone or asking for a box as soon as your order arrives. That way you already cut the calories in half.
