Your calorie intake is inconsistent. If your body needs 1400 calories to sustain itself (just staying alive), on the days when you eat less it goes into stress, you do lose weight in short time but on days when you eat more your body will try to gain it all back as soon as possible! Because of that high calorie deficit it experienced earlier. Do not eat less then your body needs to sustain itself if you want steady and lasting results.
