M'lady, 1.1 pounds is the equivalent of 16oz of water, so not a whole lot if you ponder it. You've been rocking this for a long time, don't get frustrated.

It's a long haul game. And possibly you're carrying more water from switching to plant-based foods, so still losing fat and it's just not showing on the scales yet. Recalibrating.

If it makes ya feel better, Jen I woke up to 186.6, which is fairly normal after a Thursday cheat day (per water weight loss), and just for the heck of it, I got back on 10 minutes later, and it hopped up to 187.6 (a whole lb bigger), 15 minutes later, I got back on and it was down to 186.8. In 35 minutes, all I did was do my normal routine of getting ready, had already gone to the bathroom before I weighed the first time, and weighed only in my bra all 3 times. I even told mama, no more once a week cheat days until I hit 181, but getting through all these fluctuations until that new stated low arrives can definitely be a headache! We'll see our progress, we just have to stay strong and endure!

184-- I walk most mornings (3.2 miles) and until very recently, I taught salsa classes 3x a week!! I want to start a kettle bell program!!

I feel ya - did a non official weighin and was 3 lbs heavier from last friday - got to remember that my official weigh ins are wednesday and to trust the process (burn more than take in) and watch my portions - The thing about this journey is that there will be ups and downs but as long as you are consistent with what you are doing, you will get there
