I have been on the Daniel Fast for one week and I have done an excellent job. Last night was my hardest challenge, I was craving something sweet, late night while watching TV, but I fended off the demon and did not give in. I feel proud today cuz when I stepped on the scale I discovered I lost 7 lbs last week. Whoo Whoo, I am excited. Plus the longer I don't have sugar, combined with watching what processed foods I do eat will only make me stronger. Yippeee!
